**Work Schedule**: Flexibility to work varying shifts over 7 day roster from Breakfast till Late

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead bar staff, ensuring smooth operations during service hours
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain the high standards of Italian hospitality
- Manage inventory, including stock control and ordering Italian beverage supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a warm and welcoming manner
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and Italian authenticity in the bar area
- Devise and implement strategies to promote Italian beverage sales and enhance profitability
- Collaborate with management to create Italian-themed promotions or events

**Requirements**:





- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a bar, preferably in an Italian restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead a team
- In-depth knowledge of Italian beverages, including wines, liqueurs, and aperitifs
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, reflecting Italian hospitality values
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Proficiency in cash handling, managing transactions, and using POS systems
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a bustling restaurant workplace
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

**Salary Rates (per hour)**:

- Monday to Friday: $31.09
- Saturday: $37.31
- Sunday: $43.52

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $43.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
