About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Camden Park, SA, for a Workflow Administrator to join our growing team. This is a career opportunity for someone with experience within the residential construction industry to undertake a range functions across a diverse range of projects. The Workflow Administrator will work closely with internal departments and service providers to co-ordinate and facilitate projects through the pre-contract and pre-construction phases. In addition to this role the position will provide support to front of house reception requiring relief once a week.
Duties as a Workflow Administrator will include but are not limited to:
· Monitoring and reporting on functions within the administration process between initial sale to construction phase.
· Issue and receive work functions through internal departments and 3rd party stake holders, including council and other regulatory authorities.
· Liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on time,
including engineers, energy assessors and certifiers.
· Communicate and direct enquiries through the correct channels to ensure appropriate resolution of issues.
· Preparation of contract documentation for submission to the client.
· Recording and documenting functions throughout the administrative process.
· Assist with expediting the journey of projects through the administrative process.
· Ensure project documentation and information is maintained and is up to date at the time of issue.
· Provide reception relief periodically.

Keys to Success
With a passion and proven experience in the residential construction industry, central to success will be:
· Minimum 2 years preferred of proven industry experience with a sound understanding of residential construction methods and terminology.
· Excellent communication skills, both visual, written and verbal, with a high level of presentation, organisation, and time management skills.
· Excellent attention to detail, with the candidate having proven experience in managing and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
· Competent with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with database and workflow tracking software is a benefit.
· You will need to be organised with an ability to multitask and be a highly motivated individual who is a reliable team player.
