Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital
St John of God Subiaco's Cath Lab (CVIL) combines advanced technology with a highly skilled clinical team to deliver exceptional cardiac care. Our nurses are supported to develop and expand their expertise across a diverse range of procedures and patient case mixes.
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with previous experience in Cath Lab (CVIL) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and high-quality patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes throughout the patient journey.
The role is offered on either a Casual or a Permanent Part Time basis, working 32 hours per week
The Position:
- Assesses plans, delivers and evaluates patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.
- Promotes and contributes to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital.
- Provides patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate.
- Supports and supervises staff and students as required, including orientating and preceptoring staff. Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
You will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of one years' experience in Cath Lab (CVIL).
You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving patient satisfaction, supported by well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

We can offer you
- Salary: $82,945 to $106,629 per annum (pro rata),
plus 12% Superannuation
- Hourly Rate: $52.30 to $67.24 (inclusive casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
- Permanent part time and casual positions
- We offer a range of salary packaging options tailored to your employment status such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses - up to $18,550 as a permanent employee and a percentage of your earnings as a casual
