**Glenbrook Panthers are seeking a motivated and customer focused qualified to work as a Supervisor in our busy Café.**

Based at the foothills of the Blue Mountains, Glenbrook Panthers is a family friendly club with a strong focus on serving the community.

**Panthers Glenbrook **is one of 5 venues within the Panthers Group, one of Australia’s largest entertainment groups, and is home to the mighty Penrith Panthers NRL team.

**About the Role **

We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and energetic individual to deliver excellent service to our members and guests and manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Café. Being part of a collaborative team, you will lead, motivate and develop your team and inspire them to deliver an exceptional customer experience while also ensuring a clean and safe environment.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to**:

- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Café;
- Managing stock levels & ordering stock;
- Shift and staff management including performance management and disciplinary action;
- Assisting employees and customers with any enquiries;
- Managing conflict resolution and customer complaints;




- Completing Daily Shift Reports;
- Daily cash reconciliation, handling and processing;
- Cleaning duties;
- Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times;
- Ensuring the success and cohesion of the various departments and;
- Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

**About you **

This role requires an active problem solver with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and think on their feet. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.

**To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following**:

- Previous 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry;
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional shift management and customer service skills;
- Ability to deal with complex situations and make effective business decisions;
- High standard of personal grooming and;
- Current RSA and RCG Competency Card and Barista Certificate is required for the role.
