**Part-Time position 25 hours per week**

Experienced Butcher (skilled Tradesperson), required for Supermarket in near city western suburbs location.

All applicants must be experienced, neat and well presented and possess excellent communication skills. Good conditions and a great long-term career opportunity for the right person. No late nights.

This role involves all aspects of Butchering: slicing, dicing, band-saw work, catering, portion-cutting, mincing, boning, window preparation, catering/wholesale, portion-cutting, beginning of day set-up, end of day clean-up, customer service, order preparation and other general miscellaneous duties too.

**Job description**
- Cutting, trimming and mincing meat
- Operating meat-cutting machinery
- Weighing and pricing products
- Preparing in-store meat displays
- Selling to and advising customers
- Budgeting, stocktaking and negotiating with suppliers
- Be able to break down carcass of beef, lamb and pork




- Appropriate food safety certificates
- Trustworthy, reliable and have excellent time management
- Able to work in a small team & independently
- Must be physically fit
- Have reliable transport
