Qualifications
Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Proficiency in Information Technology, including basic network and system knowledge
Experience working with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant certifications in IT or a related field are a plus
Prior experience in a similar IT support role is advantageous
