Comprising of 2 clubs the St Marys Diggers & Band Club Group spans across 2 sites incorporating St Marys RSL & Ex-Serviceman’s Club and St Marys Band Club. We support our local community by employing over 80 staff and boasting a membership of more than 18,000 members.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic fulltime Duty Manager that is dedicated to work in a team environment. This position is situated over our two clubs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day Club operations
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met
- Effectively managing and leading an experienced team
- Maintaining a safe environment for our staff, members and guests
- Ensuring compliance with the registered Clubs Act, RSA and RCG policies and other relevant legislation
- Ensuring the Club's policies & procedures are met
- Interacting with Regulators and NSW Police as required
- Managing our cash room
About you: The successful applicate will have:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a Club or Pub
- A passion for the service industry
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- Outstanding communication both written and oral
- Strong leadership skills
- A proactive approach to conflict resolution
- Sound knowledge of gaming machines, TAB along with Keno & F&B; operations
- Exemplary cash handing capabilities
- Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications.
- Full availability to work nights, days, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
