About the Company
Our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end service, specialising in courier services and international shipping. They are looking for energetic, friendly personalities who love to chat to join their amazing and growing team based in Horsley Park.
About the role
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following.
Consigning and booking pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house transport tool.
Willing to meet targets and set goals within the customer service space.
About you
Requirements:
Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or administration role.
Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to go the extra mile and willingness to commit to your shifts.
Have a reliable car and driver’s licence, as there is no access to public transport.
