**About the role**

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following.
- Consigning and booking pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house transport tool.
- Willing to meet targets and set goals within the customer service space.

**About you**

**Requirements**:





- Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or administration role.
- Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to go the extra mile and willingness to commit to your shifts.
- **Have a reliable car and driver’s licence, as there is no access to public transport**.
