From our Australian base, we export to 25+ countries, with warehouses across three continents and teams in Sydney (Frenchs Forest) and Macksville. We develop products end-to-end, from concept through to manufacturing, marketing and global distribution.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Officer to join our team in either Macksville or Sydney.

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of stock through the business, from supplier purchase orders through to inventory control and delivery outcomes. You’ll work closely with Procurement, Finance, Customer Care and Logistics to ensure stock is available, accurate, and moving efficiently.

If you enjoy working across purchasing, inventory and supplier coordination and like solving problems before they become issues, this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage supplier purchase orders from approval through to delivery and system booking
- Coordinate prepayments and support timely supplier payments
- Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Book inbound stock and process supplier returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock adjustments and transfers
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs, excess and expiry risks
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory updates
- Generate and manage backorder reports and follow up delays
- Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing data (ETAs, lead times, MOQs)




- Support the Procurement Manager with reporting, planning and stock decisions
- Contribute to stock-on-hand (SOH) control and risk mitigation
- Respond to enquiries and support cross-team communication
- Assist with improving processes, documentation and workflows

About You You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and enjoy working across teams to keep things running smoothly.

Experience & Knowledge

- 2–3+ years’ experience in a supply chain, purchasing or inventory role
- Experience in high-volume processing environments
- Understanding of procurement and inventory processes
- Exposure to supplier coordination and purchase order management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage Evolution, Netstock) is desirable but not essential
