VM Drilling is a privately owned RC drilling company based in Kalgoorlie, serving clients throughout Western Australia. VM Drilling was established in 2004 as a one rig company and has grown organically to a reputable mid-size company. Today the business is operating up to 10 Rigs and possesses extensive experience within the mining industry.

This is a local position for applicants living in or around Kalgoorlie/Boulder only. Candidate outside of Western Australia will not be considered for this position. Applicants with full working rights only will be considered.

This is a full time position, based in our Boulder warehouse. As Warehouse Store Person, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a vital role in our warehouse operations. You organise and manage stock within our drilling warehouse, ensuring goods are received, pick/packed and dispatched with accuracy, efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking, packing, and unpacking of stock.
- Loading stock and supplies for dispatch and delivery.
- Completing deliveries when required.




- Assist with stocktake and reconciliation and provide support across general warehouse duties as needed.
- Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
- The ability to engage with people and build a rapport.
- Safe use of company equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure accuracy and high standards of service are always maintained while complying with our OH&S; policies.

Requirements for this position:

- Driver’s licence (HR-B preferred).
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in warehousing and/or drilling industry is highly desirable.
- Proactive, self – motivated and organised with good time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a part of a team.
- The desire to develop your current knowledge and skills.
- A strong work ethic.
- Strong numeracy & literacy skills.
