Join the team at Red Bridge Cafe & Restaurant Windsor as a Food & Beverage Attendant and play a key part in delivering memorable cafe, dining and bar experiences for our guests. The positions vary from casual and part time based at our Windsor, NSW property, offering versatile shifts in a vibrant, upscale cafe and restaurant environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional manner
Serve food and beverages across our cafe, restaurant, bar and events spaces
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines and a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organised service area at all times
Process orders and payments accurately, including cash handling
Share your knowledge of our food and beverage menu to enhance the guest experience
Support inventory management and stock rotation as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a cafe, food and beverage, bar or hospitality role but full training will also be provided depending on experience A genuine passion for guest service and a friendly,
energetic personality
Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Solid numeracy skills and confidence handling transactions
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
