**Role Description**

Are you a sales and service professional with experience in the building materials industry and a passion for high-quality, sustainable products?

As the first point of contact for Keim Australia, you will be a vital partner to our trade, architectural, and retail customers. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships by providing reliable support and expert product knowledge. You will be responsible for managing our showroom, handling all sales enquiries, and ensuring an exceptional service experience that drives growth and customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service to trade and retail customers in our showroom, answering technical enquiries and assisting with product selection to drive sales.
- Relationship Building: Proactively support our customer base through follow-up calls, ensuring satisfaction and promoting additional products to meet their project needs.
- CRM Management: Champion the customer journey by meticulously managing leads and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring a seamless experience from quote to delivery.
- Problem-Solving:



Provide effective and professional solutions to customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the building materials, paint, or construction industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
