Job details 9-day fortnight Armadale location Permanent full-time opportunity About the Client: The Service Delivery Team manages and maintains the Citys assets - with safety as a priority and embedded in all operating practices, this skilled workforce carries out all activities on an informed basis to ensure assets are efficiently maintained to achieve performance targets and service levels that the City and our community expect. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a Local Government Service Delivery team responsible for maintaining and improving community infrastructure. This role will see you leading teams across civil works including roads, drainage, footpaths, bridges, asphalt, and maintenance services. You will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with community expectations, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead teams delivering civil construction and maintenance works Plan and schedule works programs to meet service delivery targets Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards Manage contractors and monitor performance against service agreements Coordinate resources including labour, plant, and materials Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and support cost-effective delivery Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery Identify and implement process improvements across operations Support and develop team capability through coaching and leadership Skills and Experience Required Demonstrated experience in civil works within a local government or similar environment Strong knowledge of road, drainage,
