Morgan Consulting is delighted to partner exclusively with a high-growth retail health care organisation as they look to appoint an experienced Acquisition Manager to drive strategic expansion and execute transactions that accelerate enterprise value. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially sharp and hands-on deal professional who enjoys operating across the full acquisition life cycle — from origination and market engagement through to negotiation, due diligence and completion. The role will work closely with senior leadership to build a qualified acquisition pipeline, assess strategic fit and financial performance, and lead complex multi-stakeholder transactions in a fast-paced growth environment. You will also play a key role in supporting integration planning and identifying post-transaction value creation opportunities that strengthen long-term performance. Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Managing Director you will be tasked with the following: Own acquisition origination strategy and pipeline development Identify and source acquisition opportunities through networks, brokers and market intelligence Conduct commercial assessments, valuation analysis and financial modelling Prepare investment recommendations and business cases for executive approval Lead negotiations with business owners and external advisors Manage end-to-end due diligence across financial, legal,
