This role plays a critical part in delivering cost-effective outcomes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic procurement advice to stakeholders. You will play a key role in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract governance, while supporting operational delivery and promoting Indigenous business engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement activities in line with company policies and governance frameworks Manage purchase orders, expediting, and delivery tracking Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and best practices Ensure compliance with internal procedures, delegations, and audit requirements Provide expert procurement advice and support to internal stakeholders Drive cost savings and value-for-money outcomes across procurement activities Analyse spend, pricing trends, and demand to identify cost-saving opportunities Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, terms, and reliable supply Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes Promote and support Indigenous supplier engagement and culturally aligned procurement practices Manage contract pricing, rebates, and ensure accurate implementation of commercial agreements Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, including critical and long-lead items Maintain accurate procurement records, reporting,
and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide leadership within the procurement function Why work for us? About You Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, Logistics or a related discipline. Diploma or equivalent in Procurement and Logistics is highly regarded.
