This role will see you utilize your administration, organisational, and relationship management skills daily. As the PA, your duties will include but not be limited to: Prospecting Conducting open homes and showing prospective Buyers Diary, e-mail & appointment management Database management & client care Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors Handling sales administration Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding Preparing and attending proposals, presentations,



and auctions The Candidate: To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar Real Estate administration support role. We are seeking someone who has a current certificate of Registration, Own Car and Drivers License. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), great attitude to learn, and be a motivated self-starter!
