The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll become a key part of a collaborative and close-knit team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from individuals to SMEs with turnovers between $1m–$70m.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll enjoy genuine autonomy, client-facing responsibility, and hands-on involvement across tax, compliance, and advisory services.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step beyond pure compliance work and accelerate their career into leadership and strategic advisory.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, and SMSFs.
- Managing BAS and FBT preparation and lodgements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax obligations.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.




- Managing workflow and WIP to ensure timely delivery and budget outcomes.
- Delivering management reporting, financial analysis, and business advisory services.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.

About You

- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
- 3+ years’ experience within Australian public practice.
- Robust technical accounting and tax compliance knowledge.
- Confident working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with a genuine desire for career growth.
- Experience using Xero and cloud-based accounting systems.
