Graduate Architect / Architectural Designer

A highly regarded design-led architecture studio based in Byron Bay is seeking a Graduate Architect or Architectural Designer to join its growing team.
The practice works across high-end residential and boutique commercial projects throughout the Northern Rivers, with additional international work in Indonesia and Africa.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior designer looking to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative studio environment and work closely with senior architects across all stages of projects.

About the Studio:

The studio is made up of a close-knit team of approximately 10 architects and designers and is intentionally focused on building out its junior and mid-level talent. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and design-driven, with exposure to premium projects and clients.





The Role You will assist across a variety of project stages including:

- Concept design and design development
- Presentation packages and client material
- Documentation and consultant coordination
- DA and construction documentation
- Interior architecture and detailing
- Site and project support alongside senior team members

Skills & Experience

- Degree in Architecture or related qualification
- Graduate architects and junior designers encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential
- Strong design eye and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for high-end residential architecture
- Ability to work collaboratively within a rapid-paced studio environment
