ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Roster Coordinator. Reporting to the Rostering Manager, you will be responsible for rostering staff to provide a reliable and consistent service to our respected residents.
As a valued member of the rostering team, your excellent organisational skills, analytical thinking and well-developed communication skills will be vital in your success. You will be able to manage a busy schedule, juggle multiple priorities effectively and respond to challenging work requirements with ease. You will enjoy a busy role where you can work autonomously or collaboratively in a team, as the position requires.
The position of Roster Coordinator will be offered to the successful applicant as a Part-Time permanent position, working 30.4 hrs a fortnight.

WHO YOU ARE
- Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
- Cert III in Business Administration (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience preparing rosters in accordance with organisational roster structures (Desirable but not essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in any of the following: Aged or Community Care, Rostering, and Administration (Highly desirable)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Office), with a high degree of attention to detail
- You have the ability to liaise with Care Coordinators to understand service requirements and ensure clients are appropriately supported with the allocation of staff
- Undertake/facilitate relevant Rostering audits as directed by the Rostering Manager
- You are familiar with the principles of continuous quality improvement.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with ability to handle competing demands and deadlines
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Positive and pro-active approach to work, with excellent customer service skills
- Current National Criminal History Record Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Check prior to applying or the ability to obtain one
