About the Opportunity

Alt’s Engineering is seeking an experienced Welder / Boilermaker to join our growing team in Loxton, South Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding and assembling components across a variety of structural, agricultural and horticultural projects. You’ll work with mild steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

This is a casual role offering full-time hours, ideally transitioning into a permanent position for the right candidate.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Welder/Boilermaker

- Trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)

- Experience working with mild steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

- Experience in structural and general fabrication

- Proficiency in MIG, TIG and stick welding

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and project requirements

- Current forklift licence and driver’s licence
