Full Time Permanent Role | Sydney Metro | Night Shift & Overtime Available

1 Service Group is a growing essential services business specialising in the inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of fire protection, plumbing and mechanical systems across commercial buildings, infrastructure, tunnels, rail and industrial sites throughout Sydney.

We are currently seeking a qualified Commercial Plumber to join our team in a full-time permanent role.

This position offers a mix of day shift, night shift, maintenance, service, repairs and project works across a wide range of commercial and infrastructure sites — with strong overtime opportunities and excellent penalty rates.

About the Role

As part of our service team, you will carry out a range of plumbing and fire system works including:

- Fault finding and diagnostics

- Preventative maintenance and reactive repairs

- Testing and inspections

- Installation works

- Fire system maintenance and repairs

- General commercial plumbing works

- Completing electronic service reports and documentation

- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and WHS requirements

Work is carried out across the Sydney metropolitan area, including commercial buildings, infrastructure and rail environments.



Night shift work forms part of this role and is paid at excellent penalty rates.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Plumbing trade qualifications

- White Card

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your workload

- A proactive and reliable attitude

- High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Experience in commercial maintenance or fire systems is highly regarded, however additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
