Winrani Pools is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our highly professional construction team and take responsibility for delivering premium residential and commercial outdoor projects across Sydney.

Our projects go beyond just the pool — we deliver complete backyard environments, managing everything from concrete pools through to hardscapes and integrated outdoor works. This role suits a Site Manager who takes pride in leading quality builds, running structured sites, and working within a professional, system‑driven business.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will oversee multiple active sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to Winrani’s quality standards.

You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with our Project Management and Office teams, using CRM‑driven scheduling and structured workflows to plan, track,



and deliver construction works across complete backyard builds.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple residential and commercial sites

- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews

- Maintain high standards of workmanship across pools and entire outdoor scopes

- Program and sequence works to meet construction schedules

- Ensure WHS compliance and professional site presentation at all times

- Represent Winrani Pools professionally on site with clients and stakeholders

- Proactively identify and resolve construction and site issues

- Use company systems and CRM‑driven scheduling tools for reporting and communication

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Senior Supervisor

- Strong background in construction (concrete essential; pool experience highly regarded)

- Experience managing multiple sites and complex scopes of work

- A qualified, structured approach to site management

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes

- Comfortable working with technology‑driven construction systems

- White Card and valid driver’s licence
