BP Port of Brisbane is seeking Night Shift Short Order Cooks for our busy Service Station & Cafe, located at the Port of Brisbane (Lytton).

Our Roadhaven Cafe at this site is one of the most successful in our network with longstanding, stable management with great team morale.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the daily operation of the restaurant, working with other team members to ensure our food offer is ready for early morning trade.

This is a Nightshift Position 10pm to 6am.

Full time position with award loadings available for the right candidate.

There is NO Public Transport to this location.

Reliable transport to work location is a must due to the remote location and night shift hours.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Hands on customer service & espresso coffee making (training provided)

- Food preparation including, sandwiches, rolls, wraps, breakfast items etc

- Short order cooking for meal orders

- Portion control to company standards





- Following company set procedures including recipe cards, prep lists & food display planograms

- Compliance with all OHS requirements

Excellent online & hands on training provided to successful candidates.
