We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Grounds & Building Maintenance person to join our team!
What you will do:
- Coordinate and ensure basic garden maintenance as required, including pruning, weeding, spraying, and fertilising
- Set up systems and routines to ensure all machinery, infrastructure, equipment, materials, consumables, and grounds are maintained at all times
- Manage effective and efficient irrigation and watering systems
- Proactively monitor and coordinate repair and maintenance throughout the school, including painting, minor construction, and repair work, ensuring WHS standards are maintained
- Ensure building and grounds security
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in facility repairs and maintenance and the upkeep of grounds
- Demonstrated experience in irrigation and watering systems
- Demonstrated experience in the safe operation and maintenance of a wide variety of tools, machinery, and equipment
