We've recently relocated to our brand-new facility in Midvale, conveniently located just off Roe Highway. We specialise in providing appliance spare parts to the public, trade professionals, and technicians across Australia. The Role:
We are seeking a Parts Interpreter / Parts Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in appliances or spare parts interpretation within the appliance or automotive parts industry. Candidates with a background in automotive parts interpretation will be highly regarded. Experience in warehousing and stock management is also a significant advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting customers and trade clients in identifying and sourcing the correct parts.

- Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.

- Overseeing daily warehouse operations to optimise efficiency.

- Collaborating with our team to drive sales and enhance customer service.

- Contributing to process improvements and growth initiatives.

- Attending monthly team meetings, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

- Monthly team meetings on the last Thursday of every month from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM – with dinner supplied.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and every second Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa.

- Proven experience as a parts interpreter in either the appliance or automotive industry is helpful.

- Strong product knowledge and technical skills in spare parts identification and sales.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- A proactive, growth-driven mindset with a hunger for career development.

- Experience in warehouse operations and stock management (preferred but not essential).

- A team player attitude with a willingness to contribute to the company's success.
