FOH Team Member – Job Description

The FOH Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive in-store experience. Duties may include taking orders, handling payments, preparing drinks, maintaining store presentation and assisting customers as needed.

Robust communication skills, teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Duties FOH:

· Delivering exceptional customer service for dine-in and takeaway customers

· Assisting with online orders and delivery partners

· Using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handling payments

· Maintaining venue cleanliness and hygiene standards

· Cutting pizzas, preparing pizza boxes and restocking supplies

· Following health and safety procedures and assisting with other duties as directed

BOH Team Member – Job Description

The BOH Team Member is responsible for supporting kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Duties may include food preparation, cooking, stock rotation, cleaning and assisting with kitchen workflow.

Attention to detail, teamwork and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Duties BOH:

· Preparing ingredients including washing,



cutting and food prep

· Stretching pizza bases and adding toppings

· Operating the conveyor belt pizza oven

· Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness

· Following health and safety procedures

· Assisting with other duties as directed by Management or the Shift Supervisor

Skills and Personal Attributes

- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented

- Strong communication and attention to detail

- Able to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and prioritise tasks

- Skilled at multitasking and time management

- Resilient, mature, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
