What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading, supporting and motivating the store team

- Managing day-to-day store operations

- Serving customers, quoting tyres and following up enquiries

- Overseeing workshop workflow and job priorities

- Helping in the workshop when required, including fitting/changing tyres

- Using your tyre knowledge to recommend the right products for customers

- Driving sales and store performance

- Managing stock, suppliers and ordering

- Handling payments, banking, reporting and general admin

- Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are maintained

- Working closely with business owners / senior management

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have tyre or automotive industry experience and be comfortable in a hands-on environment.

You will need:

- Previous tyre industry, automotive retail, mechanical, workshop or similar experience

- Strong tyre knowledge gained through practical, hands-on experience

- Ability and willingness to fit/change tyres when required

- Previous experience in store management, assistant management, service advising or team leadership

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

- Confidence quoting,



selling and recommending tyre products

- A practical, hands-on attitude

- Ability to lead a team, set standards and keep people accountable

- A strong focus on safety, quality workmanship and customer service
