Technical Project Manager – SaaS Implementations Sydney CBD | Hybrid Working

We’re partnering with a growing global SaaS business looking to hire a Technical Project Manager to support the delivery and implementation of enterprise software solutions across the APAC region.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys working across technical teams, customers and operational stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end software implementations, coordinating integrations, driving delivery timelines and ensuring successful onboarding of enterprise clients.

This is not a purely governance-focused PM role. The business is looking for someone proactive, organised and commercially aware who enjoys solving problems and owning delivery outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing SaaS implementation projects from initiation through to go-live
- Working closely with customers, internal engineering teams and operational stakeholders
- Coordinating API and third-party integrations
- Managing timelines, risks, dependencies and project reporting
- Supporting configuration, testing and release activities
- Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings and delivery updates
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering and customer success
- Supporting process improvement and helping scale delivery operations as the business grows

What we’re looking for




- Experience delivering SaaS or software implementation projects
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in technical delivery or integration-led environments
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations and software delivery lifecycles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Organised, proactive and delivery-focused mindset
- Experience presenting project updates and managing client expectations

Nice to have
- Experience within automotive, retail, logistics, field services or operational technology environments
- Exposure to enterprise platforms, ERP, POS or mobile workforce systems
- Agile delivery experience
- PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or similar
- Background in a start-up or scale-up
