Paradise Portable Homes is seeking an experienced Residential Home Administration professional to join our team in Gatton / Plainland, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Modular home division, ensuring seamless operations and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage customer inquiries and liaise with clients throughout the custom modular home purchasing process
- Coordinate the administrative tasks related to the delivery and installation of custom modular homes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all orders and transactions
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, data entry, and filing
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the residential construction or home sales industry but not essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of residential home construction and sales processes is highly desirable
- Coordinate external stakeholders
