Position: Planter
Location: Various jobsites across Sydney
High Earning Potential: Piece rate job with a guaranteed minimum wage of $30.35 per hour on the jobsite. Average planters earn $35–$50 per hour, with top planters making $70–$100 per hour. It’s tough work, but the financial rewards are strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planting plants of all sizes at diverse and exciting jobsites
- Paying close attention to detail to maintain high standards
- Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic every day
- Requirements:
- Physically fit (a sporting background will serve you well)
- Ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions (we sometimes call it off in heavy rain)
- A great work ethic and mental toughness. Mind over matter to make good money
- White Card
- Driver’s licence (own transport or willingness to rent is an asset)
- Getting Up to Speed:
Be prepared for a couple of tough weeks as you get up to speed. This job is demanding, but once you hit your stride, you can make very good money.
