We are seeking experienced Mechanical Plumbers operating under their own ABN / Company structure to join a modern, well-established subcontracting business working with some of Victoria’s leading residential builders.

The work is focused on clean, organised new build homes — installing high-quality heating and cooling systems across ongoing residential projects throughout Bendigo.
Scope of Works
You will be responsible for the installation of systems including:
- Ducted refrigerated air conditioning
- Add-on air conditioning systems
- Split and multi-split systems
- Evaporative cooling systems
- Ducted heating systems
- Panel heaters

Requirements
- Operate under a Company or Trust structure (ABN required)
- Ideally already have employees / crews or looking to build out a team
- Previous installation experience within residential HVAC / mechanical plumbing environments (not purely service work)
- Current Victorian Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) licence / registration relevant to Mechanical Services or Refrigerated Air Conditioning
- Australian recognised Mechanical Plumbing qualification
- Valid Australian working rights
- Driver’s licence
- White Card
- Solid work ethic and reliability
Relevant licences may include:
- Mechanical Services
- Mechanical Services – Restricted to Duct Fixing
- Refrigerated Air Conditioning
- Refrigerated Air Conditioning – Restricted to Basic / Intermediate Systems
- Gasfitting
- Disconnect / Reconnect
