Your focus will be on training and mentoring your team to meet their KPIs. You’ll also engage with job seekers directly, providing a tailored employment service experience. If you're a person who thrives in problem solving and supporting others, this will be the role for you!

To be considered, you must:

- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license and have a vehicle
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

- Be willing to complete a pre-employment assessment
- Have sufficient experience within the employment services industry
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Have highly developed planning and coordination skills
- Have negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
- Have excellent time management skills and attention to detail




- Be computer literate and an ability to work towards KPIs
- Have the ability to track, report and interpret reports from WISE systems

A day in the role involves…

- Managing all operational aspects of the business, including service delivery and contract management
- Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve projected employment outcomes
- Developing and managing budgets to forecast and deliver business performance
- Developing networks and building relationships with businesses and the community to increase employment and training opportunities for our customers
- Establishing strategies to increase market awareness of WISE services
