Are you an experienced retail skilled ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Romeo’s Retail Group is seeking motivated and hands-on Department Leaders to support our stores across metropolitan South Australia.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking proactive and reliable team members who:

- Have previous experience in supermarket or retail environments

- Have leadership or supervisory experience within a department or team

- Can support store operations while leading by example on the shop floor

- Have strong organisational and communication skills

- Bring a positive, customer-focused, and solutions-driven attitude

- Are physically fit and capable of hands-on tasks, including stock handling

- Are flexible to work across varying shifts, including weekends and evenings

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support daily department operations

- Deliver high standards of presentation, merchandising, and customer service

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management

- Support training, coaching, and development of team members

- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures

- Work collaboratively with Store Managers and leadership teams to achieve store goals
