You’ll be the friendly first point of contact across phone, email and chat - answering questions, resolving issues and keeping customers coming back.

This privately owned manufacturer within the residential and commercial building sector is growing. With over 150 staff nationally, this is a excellent opportunity for for someone to join an expanding team!

Due to a period growth, they require some temporary assistance to with the workload whilst they recruit the permanent positions. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your skills to be considered for the permanent roles.

What you’ll do:

- Liaise with suppliers in relation to purchase orders and deliveries
- Raise purchase orders and quotes using multiple CRM systems
- Deliver high-quality service to customers via phone and email
- Resolve and escalate customer issues quickly and effectively
- Keep customer and order records accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver service to customers

What you’ll bring:

- Proven customer service experience in a high volume environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Confidence using internal systems and customer service tools
- You will have a natural sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple systems and tasks
- A proactive, customer-first mindset and a knack for teamwork
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded

As this role is for an immediate start, you must be ready to start on Monday May 11th onwards and commit for a minimum of 4 weeks initially.

Note: 0wn reliable vehicle required to get to their offices in Richlands as there is no public transport to their location.
