Loan Market Geelong City is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Client Services Manager to join our high-performing brokerage. This is a key role for someone with strong lending knowledge who can confidently manage loan files, support our brokers, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

If you have 2+ years' experience in mortgage broking support, loan administration or banking, and you’re ready to step into a role where your expertise is valued, this could be the perfect move.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage loan applications from submission through to settlement

- Liaise with clients, lenders, and referral partners

- Prepare, check and package documentation with accuracy and compliance





- Maintain proactive communication throughout each client’s loan journey

- Support process improvements and contribute to the broader team’s success

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (mortgage broking support, loan administration, credit support, or banking)

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end loan process and lender requirements

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients

- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
