Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen Kawana is a modern Japanese restaurant, serving primarily ramen, curry, donburi and Japanese comfort food in a relaxed, quick-service setting. We're looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our store in Kawana.

As a Team Member / All-Rounder, you will work across both front of house and back of house to help deliver comfort food to your Customers and create a smooth guest experience.

What you’ll do

- Greet guests and take orders with a warm, positive attitude

- Serve food and drinks and assist guests during their visit

- Help with food preparation and plating to Motto Motto standards

- Keep the dining, service and kitchen areas clean and organised

- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

- Work as part of a team in a busy, rapid-paced environment

What we’re looking for





- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Flexible to work weekdays, nights and weekends as required

- Hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required – training provided
