About the role

We are currently seeking experienced support workers to work in a concierge model in Blacktown.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience & Reliability: Proven history as a dedicated support worker. Highly dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.

- Exceptional Communication: The ability to build rapport and clearly communicate with clients and team members

- Flexibility & Travel: Must have flexible availability and be open to traveling between our service locations

About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance:

- 6 months minimum experience as a Support Worker, AIN, Aged Care Worker, Nurse, or related field

- Experience with Stoma care, catheter care, and manual handling will be highly regarded

- Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III) in Disability or a related industry

- NDIS worker screening check

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Manual Handling Certificate (12 Months Validity) or be willing to obtain- we provide the training

- Drivers Licence & Comprehensively Insured Car

- Versatile availability
