About the role

ColCap is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Distribution Support professional to join our Sydney team. This is a full-time role where you’ll be at the frontline of our broker experience supporting enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, clear, and positive.

What you'll be doing

- Deliver exceptional phone and email support to brokers and their support staff, handling enquiries with confidence and care

- Guide brokers and their support staff through the mortgage process, providing clear updates and next steps

- Assist in the processing and progress of applications, ensuring a smooth and timely experience

- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep things moving

- Maintain accurate records of conversations, applications, and updates

- Proactively identify and resolve service issues to improve the overall customer experience

- Contribute ideas to enhance service delivery and streamline processes

What we're looking for

- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or phone-based role

- Strong knowledge of mortgage/lending products and processes

- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly, confident,



and professional phone manner

- A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and deliver clear, practical solutions

- High attention to detail with a focus on getting things right the first time

- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple customer interactions

- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
