An opportunity now exists for an experienced Foreman to join the delivery team on a major residential project located in Brisbane’s western suburbs. This is a hands-on site-based role working closely with an experienced Site Manager and wider project team on a well-resourced, high-quality development.

The Project

This project is a large-scale residential development featuring architecturally designed apartments/townhouses alongside premium communal spaces, landscaping, and lifestyle-focused amenities. The builder has a strong reputation for delivering high-end product and maintaining excellent relationships with subcontractors and consultants.

The Role

As Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of works on site, including:





- Managing and coordinating trades on site
- Driving programme and ensuring works are completed on schedule
- Monitoring quality and ensuring finishes are delivered to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe and well-run site environment
- Working closely with the Site Manager and project team to keep construction running smoothly
- Assisting with site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor management
- This role will suit a proactive and hands-on Foreman who enjoys being heavily involved on site and takes pride in delivering quality projects.
