ARCH Services is a leading Project Services Consultancy, operating on some of the largest public infrastructure projects in the rail, road, water and renewables sectors in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our clients are involved in major projects infrastructure clients such as Sydney Metro, Energy Co, Transport for NSW and many other projects with various Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors.

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Project Controls/ Scheduler/Planner with 6-12 years' experience to join the Project Services team.

The role will report directly to the Director, Project Services Group in Sydney.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivery of Project Planning and Controls Services
- Services Commission Management
- Client Management
- Business Development Support

The successful candidate must have:

- Australian construction contractor delivery experience
- A well-connected network with Australian construction contractors
- A desire to actively participate in business development for ARCH
- Passion for project planning, scheduling and project controls
- Solid communication skills with a proven ability to form productive working relationships
- Excellent technical skills with an appreciation of the best practice and the ability to deliver efficiently and effectively to tight deadlines

Qualifications and experience should include:





- Degree qualifications in Engineering or similar relevant discipline, or significant experience in Project Controls.
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera and ability to drive development of critical path.
- Competent in MS Office applications.
- 6-12 years+ of project planning and scheduling experience.
- Experienced in large multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects.
- Experienced in Rail, Water or Renewables related projects, working within a Contractor organisation or on NSW Transport projects is highly desirable.
- Highly developed problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed dispute resolution and EOT claims.
- Experienced in project controls reporting and development skills to meet client needs.
- Use of Power BI not required, but advantage.

Sound Knowledge of:

- Principles of project management based on PMBOK.
- Accepted industry standards for risk, safety, and environmental management.
- TFNSW scheduling processes and procedure.

Experience working in a Planning Manager / Planner senior role within Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors is highly advantageous.

Salary range dependent on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role $130,000 to $200,000 including superannuation per annum.
