Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in our Sydney office. The Team Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, managing communications, and coordinating travel arrangements. They will assist in preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports, as well as maintaining organized records and documentation. Additionally, the Team Assistant will play a key role in supporting team operations and ensuring smooth workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Partners and Consultants across executive search assignments, from market mapping through to placement
- Prepare high-quality candidate briefings, reports, presentations and meeting notes
- Coordinate interviews, schedules and candidate communications with professionalism and discretion




- Maintain accurate records and manage data
- Assist with client reporting, presentations and broader business development support
- Coordinate events, roundtables and training sessions aligned to our thought leadership agenda
- Support marketing activity including LinkedIn content, newsletters and website updates

About You

- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented
- Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience in administration, recruitment, executive search or skilled services is advantageous
