Position Summary
We are seeking a poised and qualified Spa Attendant (Part-time) to join our esteemed team at our luxury Auriga Spa. The Spa Attendant facilitates the daily cleanliness maintenance of the Spa & Wellness facilities. The individual is responsible for tracking inventory supplies and replacing guests' amenities
The Role
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, comfort and condition through frequent inspection and cleaning of the Spa & Wellness facilities, especially in reception area and treatment rooms.
- Assist therapists and beautician in preparation of treatment sessions by ensuring that all guest amenities, treatment supplies such as bathrobes and linens are replenished.
- Conduct turnover of treatment rooms for the next appointment.
- Assist guest in the orientation and use of the spa facilities. Be familiar with the department's standard operating procedures and hotel policies.
- Assist guests in providing information and addressing inquiries relating to Spa Menu and or resort facilities.
- Provide guests with directions and escort them to their destination.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and colleague meetings for the spa.
Talent Profile
- General Education Certification/Diploma.
- Experiences as spa attendant in 5-star spa establishment / resort.
- Good communicator with personable character and a passion in guest relations management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Spa offerings.
- Trained in CPR and First Aid are advantageous.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
