About the role

As a Formulator at TERMseal Aust Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for formulating and mixing high-quality products. This is a casual position based in Wauchope, NSW, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic manufacturing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately measuring and combining raw materials to create specialised products.

2. Ensuring strict adherence to production and quality control protocols

3. Providing support and assistance to the production team as needed

4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

1. Experience in a similar formulation or manufacturing role.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

4. Familiarity with standard operating procedures and quality control measures

5. Fork lift licence preferred
