We have already embarked on a transformational journey to deliver our significant growth agenda but to ensure we maximise this, we are seeking a Brisbane based, Regional Sales Leader (QLD) to lead our hydraulics, hose, and fittings sales and service team across our Brisbane, Emerald & Mackay branches.
As a Regional Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating sales performance, overseeing regional operations, and inspiring a high-achieving team. Your success will be built on exceptional leadership, deep technical knowledge of hydraulics, and a strong track record in business development and driving results through others.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Manage regional budgets, oversee financial performance, and lead P&L; accountability.
- Inspire, coach, and build a high-performing sales and service team.
- Ensure Sales Teams go to market execution and sales activity is in line with the Southcott key Sales Metrics.
- Deliver expert technical support to meet customer needs with precision and reliability.
- Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring and actionable reporting.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning through structured training and development.
- Ensure full compliance with WHS and Quality Assurance standards across all branch activities.
What You'll Bring
- Relevant qualifications or technical expertise in Hydraulics and/or Hose & Fittings.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering results, leading sales teams and driving team development.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver growth and performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of mentoring and career development within a team environment.
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and its practical application.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure in a dynamic and multi-site setting.
