BX Bunka Australia, specifically Energetic Door Services is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of a Business Development Executive on a full-time basis working out of the Queensland Clontarf branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Territory Management: Conduct regular reviews, analyze data, and develop plans for key customers.

- New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities, track leads using our Pipeline management tool, and utilize ERP (Sage) for quotes.

- Market Expansion: Introduce our garage door solutions to new clients and geographic areas, increasing product visibility.

- Relationship Building: Forge lasting connections with builders, contractors, and retailers to enhance customer loyalty.

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow volume in key markets.

- Customer Education: Act as a product expert, ensuring clients understand our full range of garage door products.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration:



Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Sales Targets: Exceed sales quotas through effective upselling and targeting growth areas.

- Event Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and networking events as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales success, ideally in the garage door, building materials, or construction industries.

- Strong experience in developing new business with builders and contractors.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Familiarity with garage door products and industry trends is a plus.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
