Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full accounts payable process from start to finish.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies identified.
- Handle supplier enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Execute three-way matching across purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Establish and maintain supplier records within the system.
- Provide support on ad hoc finance and administrative activities.
- Prepare and process scheduled payment runs.
Ideal candidates
- Experience working as an Accounts Payable Officer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with high-volume invoices.
