Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer - Part Time

Elevate One is a boutique strength training studio specialising in small group coaching with a strong focus on technique, progression and high coaching standards.

We're looking for a coach who takes genuine pride in their work and genuinely cares about the client experience and results. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and wants to contibute to the overall standard and growth of the business.

Beyond coaching sessions, we value people who take initative, contribute to the client experience and are invested in continually improving both themselves and the business.

The Role:

- Coach small group training sessions (maximum of 9 clients per class).

- Lead sessions confidently and keep the room running smoothly

- Coach technique with a high level of attention to detail

- Build strong relationships with clients

- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, preparation and coaching quality

- Contribute to a positive, high standard training environment

- Available for early morning shifts from 5.30am is essential

About you:





- Confident coaching strength training in both group and 1:1 settings

- Strong coaching eye for movement and technique

- Warm, professional and able to lead a room

- Takes initative and responsibility

- Genuinely cares about clients and their results

- Reliable, prepared and focused

- Genuine team player with high standards and integrity

Experience required:

- Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)

- Experience coaching strength training (group and 1:1)

- Experience with pre/postnatal clients is a bonus

Bonus:

- Social media/content creation

- Admin or organisational skills

- Interest to contribute beyond coaching sessions
