Wiradjuri Condobolin Corporation (WCC) is currently seeking motivated and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team servicing the Lake Cowal mining operations.

About the Role
Successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across site facilities, including:
- Offices and administration areas
- Bathrooms and amenities
- Kitchens and crib rooms
- General site cleaning duties
- Waste removal and sanitisation
Shift times and locations may vary depending on operational requirements.
What We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Be reliable and punctual
- Hold a current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Be physically fit and capable of manual work
- Be able to work independently and within a team
- Have robust attention to detail
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends where required
Essential Requirements
- Ability to pass a Police Check
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
- Ability to obtain and maintain mine site access
Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential — training can be provided for the right candidates.
