The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager ANZ / Territory Manager to lead product launches, market development activities, and sales growth across Australia & New Zealand.
This position will suit someone with strong clinical and commercial experience within:
Candidates should have experience across at least two of the above specialties.
You will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, supporting product evaluations and trials, gathering clinical data, building KOL relationships, and driving territory growth through direct hospital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic product marketing plans across ANZ
- Drive sales growth and market penetration within assigned territories
- Conduct product evaluations, trials, and clinical case support in hospitals and cath labs
- Build strong relationships with Interventional Radiologists, Neurointerventionalists, Vascular Surgeons, and clinical stakeholders
- Collect and analyse market feedback and clinical data to support product positioning and adoption
- Identify new business opportunities and develop account growth strategies
- Deliver product training and education to clinicians and hospital staff
- Work closely with international manufacturers and internal leadership teams on launch strategies and market feedback
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and educational events
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
About You
- Proven medical device sales experience within neuro-intervention, IR, or peripheral vascular
- Experience across at least 2 of the 3 core market segments preferred
- Strong understanding of hospital-based selling and procedural workflows
- Ability to formulate and execute product marketing strategies
- Hands-on clinical support experience within interventional procedures
- Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly autonomous and comfortable working in a growing business environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Based in Sydney or willing to relocate
